D-Day+3: Taiwan is burning. The initial beachheads have been seized and expanded. The Chinese were only halted by the blood of many Taiwanese, US and Japanese soldiers, after having gained a sizable foothold on the island. The Chinese have bombed power stations, telecoms infrastructure, and water treatment plants. The humanitarian situation is worsening, and Taiwan is running critically short of food, fuel, power and ammunition.

The skies are darkening and soon worse weather will be coming for the Chinese, rendering support for their forces on the island more difficult. Shells, fuel, and medical supplies make their way across the strait to the Chinese lodgement on Taiwan, building up logistics for one final push to end the war on terms favourable to President Xi. British, French, and US reinforcements are fighting against time as they rush towards the fight. For both sides it’s now or never.
