After four years of war against the Kronreich's fascist regime, the Allies have finally triumphed! But when the armies gather in Kronreich's capital, Crownsburg, the Alliance falls apart. Reports come in to confused generals that fighting has broken out, while orders are sent to tired soldiers to attack their former Allies.

The war is over, but the battle for Crownsburg has just begun!

In each of the four teams (nations), there are three positions. The generals at the back who give orders to the troops, the Lieutenants and Sergeants at the map table who do their best to carry out the orders and also communicate what the frontlines look like to the generals. In between them sits an enemy team's radio operator who, equipped with a cipher book, tries to figure out what the other teams orders and reports actually mean.
